With stories in more than 100 literary journals, Robert Earle is one of the more widely published contemporary writers of short fiction. His work has appeared in the U.S., Canada, the U.K. and Australia. His collection of short stories, She Receives the Night, was published by Vine Leaves Press. His memoir of a year in Iraq, Nights in the Pink Motel, was published by the Naval Institute Press. DayBue published his novel, The Way Home. He was contributing editor of Identities in North America, Stanford University Press. His stories have appeared in single-author issues of Erotique and Wordrunner eChapbooks, Nowhere is Always Somewhere. A diplomat for many years, Robert Earle was stationed in Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. He was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania, has degrees from Princeton and Johns Hopkins, and now lives in Chapel HIll, North Carolina.
