Josiah currently studies Psychology and Spanish in Moorhead, MN, where he teaches step-by-step painting classes to children or drunk women (depending on the night). He likes walking laps around the Red River Trails, home-made mead, and a good game of Settlers of Catan. Josiah's favorite TV shows are Vikings, and Rick and Morty, his favorite books are The Alchemist, and A Song of Ice and Fire saga, and his favorite band is Cloud Cult. Josiah has published in a variety of genres including drama (The Ant and his Pebble), historical fiction (The Warrior), fantasy (Dahlia's Decision, The Boy and the Bear), sci-fi (The Color of Life, The Good Shepherd), and magical realism (Bedlam Street). He strives to focus on the human condition, and the core question of what makes us 'us.' Currently he is typing madly away at a historical fantasy manuscript set at the end of the American Civil War that just. Won't. Stop. Growing. Maybe someday you'll get to read it, who knows?
"A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies. The man who never reads lives only one."
